The good news keeps on rolling in for Ford. After recently snagging Motor Trend's Car of the Year title for the Ford Fusion, that very same model has been awarded the Earth, Wind & Power (EWP) Car of the Year award. And the newly redesigned Ford Taurus (pictured) now has a trophy of its own, being named the 2010 International Car of the Year by the International Car and Truck of the Year (ICOTY) jury at the 2009 L.A. Auto Show.
On the truck side of things, "Like a Rock" and "Built Ford Tough" have given way to understated Swedish luxury and Truth in Engineering. The Volvo XC60 walked away with the Truck of the Year award for the ICOTY, while the Audi Q7 took the EWP's top truck honors.
